Nakheel appoints Sembol Construction to Rixos Bay Residences

Construction of Nakheel's Rixos Bay Residences and Villas is set to commence soon now the chosen contractor has been selected.

Dubai-based master developer Nakheel has appointed Sembol Construction as contractor for the construction of Rixos Bay Residences and Villas – which is part of Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel & Residences, the exclusive contemporary waterfront residential retreat offers sophisticated beachfront homes and amenities.

Sembol Construction has a diverse portfolio, having built complex and challenging developments within set timelines and budgets. Part of the contemporary landscaped residential development at Dubai Islands, Rixos Bay Residences and Villas comprises one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and luxury villas with panoramic views of the waterfront for families looking for a resort style living experience.

Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel & Residences will be home to over 80 resorts and hotels, including luxury and wellness resorts, boutique, family and eco conscious hotels, and aids Dubai’s ambition to boost its tourism and hospitality sector. The development will support the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan to increase the number of hotels and create vibrant and healthy communities.

Dubai Islands comprises five islands with a total area of 17 square kilometres and 20 kilometres of beaches, offering waterfront living within 20 minutes of Downtown Dubai, and key locations including the airport and marine ports.
