Just a month after two iconic Dubai properties joined the Kempinski constellation, Europe’s oldest luxury hotel company has signed another landmark deal to manage Kempinski Marina Residences – a collection of premium branded residences in Dubai Marina.
Currently, the project is being developed by UAE-based real estate company ABA Group Dubai.

Kempinski Marina Residences, Dubai, is now taking shape on one of the last remaining plots in the Dubai Marina neighbourhood.
With a unique architectural design featuring vertical gardens and staggered outdoor terraces bursting with greenery, Kempinski Marina Residences is set to become a fresh and vibrant addition to the skyline.

Rising among the gleaming towers of Dubai’s coveted lifestyle district, Kempinski Marina Residences is an architectural marvel. When completed, there will be 453 state-of-the-art homes including one- to four-bedroom single and duplex apartments, sky villas and seven penthouse suites.
All residences feature outdoor terraces providing panoramic views of the marina community and the Dubai skyline. Some feature signature touches including plunge pools, hot tubs and vertical gardens.

When complete in early 2028, owners and residents at Kempinski Marina Residences will have access to exclusive amenities. These include a residents’ lounge, kids’ club, a gym and fitness centre with indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and basketball and paddle courts.

This news follows the recent announcement from the Select Group and Six Senses, who launched Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina.
It is set to claim the title of the tallest residential tower globally, as it reshapes the Dubai Marina skyline with its unparalleled height reaching 517 metres.
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will deliver 251 residences in a mix of two- to four-bedroom deluxe residences, half-floor penthouses, and duplex and triplex Sky Mansions.
