The attractions in the development will range from an aqua dome, a high-velocity aqua park, a scenic waterfall lagoon, a peaceful jungle river, and an adventurous jungle swing, among others.

DAMAC Island will be located close to DAMAC Hills, The Sevens Stadium, Al Qudra Lake, Dubai Outlet Mall, Dubai International Academic City, and other prominent landmarks, attracting the location of such an abode.
The new development seems to be the epitome of the growth and diversification of Dubai in luxury real estate and tourism sectors. But it offers a unique blend of natural beauty combined with city life. The estimated completion date is set for Q3 2029.
