The Global Living Company has announced the appointment of David Ives as Co-Founder and Managing Director, Middle East and India.
In this leadership role, David will spearhead the company’s strategic partnerships and growth across the Middle East and India, as well as supporting GCC-based investors with their furnishing needs in the UK.
As Co-Founder, David will also play a key role in shaping the company’s broader strategy and cross-market integration, particularly as professional residential investment continues to evolve across the Middle East, South Asia and Europe.

David’s appointment further strengthens the company’s mission to deliver seamless, scalable furnishing solutions to real estate agents, developers, Build to Rent operators, and investors across the globe.
He joins the company joins with a strong track record of delivering design-led, commercially agile furnishing strategies to the real estate and interiors sector.
Most recently, he served for over three years as Head of Middle East at David Phillips, where he played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and regional expansion, working closely with clients across the property sector, FF&E contractors and procurement specialists.
