Betterhomes announces launch of City Tower

Betterhomes has announced the launch of City Tower, which aims to redefine long-term leasing in Central Dubai.

UAE real estate agency Betterhomes, in partnership with H&H Properties, announces the launch of City Tower. This will be a premium long-term leasing address on Sheikh Zayed Road designed for residents seeking ease, connectivity, and quality in central Dubai.

The development compromises of a 93-storey tower with 695 residences, ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes which will be available to move in from June 2026.

H&H will manage and develop City Tower, and it’s positioned in one of Dubai’s most connected urban corridors, between DIFC, Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah. City Tower will have direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is only a two-minute walk to Emirates Towers Metro.

“City Tower is exactly the kind of project Dubai’s long-term leasing market needs more of. It brings together location, scale, design and service in a way that responds directly to how people want to live now.

“For residents working across DIFC, Downtown and central Dubai, this is not just about having an address on Sheikh Zayed Road. It is about gaining back time, reducing friction and living with greater ease every day.”

Rupert Simmonds, Director of Leasing, Betterhomes

The launch of City Tower is a significant contribution to Dubai’s long-term leasing market, as residents are prioritising centrality, convenience, and the overall quality of day-to-day life.

At the centre of the project is the philosophy of ‘Time for Living’. This notion reflects a simple but increasingly relevant measure of modern luxury – less time lost to the demands of the city, and more time in the present for what matters.

Designed for long-term living, City Tower couples generous layouts and calm interiors with a thoughtful combination of wellness, family and everyday amenities. Some of these amenities include fitness spaces, pools, padel courts, children’s areas and resident lounges, alongside curated retail and dining venues.
