Arabian Construction Company (ACC) announces that work has commenced on 500 luxury villas, which will be developed by Eagle Hills as part of the landmark Ramhan Island development.
ACC is one of the construction leaders across the EMEIA region and is renowned for delivering some of the Middle East, Africa and India’s most standout and innovative landmarks.
Ramhan Island is projected to cover over four million sqm, and has been curated as a premier waterfront destination. It will integrate luxury residences, hospitality, retail, leisure and marinas within a distinctive natural marine environment.

ACC’s will be responsible for the delivery of high-end villas, including full substructure and superstructure works, architectural finishes, MEP integration, landscaping and supporting infrastructure.
