The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced that the Emirate’s real estate market has documented 938 transactions in March, amounting to the value of AED 1.66bn. The Al Amerah area leaded in sale with a value of AED 50.4m.
“The March figures reflect the stability of Ajman’s real estate market and its continued positive performance. Al Amerah area recorded the highest sale value at AED 185m, while total trading volume reached AED 1.2bn across 680 transactions.
“The department registered 168 mortgage transactions with a total value of AED305m, with ‘Al Jurf Industrial 3’ recording the highest mortgage value at AED 24.4m.”

Emirates City was at the top of the list for the most traded major developments, preceded by City Towers and Ajman One, while Al Helio 2 ranked first in the most traded areas, followed by Al Zahia and Al Helio.
