Ajman has recorded the highest real estate transaction worth AED 200m ($54.46m), recorded by The Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.
The transaction in question is a vacant plot of land in Al Zahia, Eastern Sector, spanning 52,915.5 sqm and designated for mixed residential and commercial use.
This transaction reflects ongoing activity in Ajman’s real estate market and emphasises the appeal of key areas to investors, and the increasing attractiveness of the emirate.
