Aldar reveals new Yas Island destination 

The waterfront destination will feature a luxury hotel, retail, dining and leisure facilities.

Aldar Development’s unveils Yas Point, an AED 6bn ($1.63bn) waterfront destination. It’s located on the northern shore of Yas Island and set to deliver 1,600 homes for around 5,000 residents. 

Yas Point will offer a five-star resort, branded residences, an international school, retail, dining and leisure facilities, marking a key phase in the evolution of Abu Dhabi’s flagship entertainment and lifestyle destination.

Spanning approximately 600,000 sqm, the destination is a fully integrated beachfront community designed to connect seamlessly with Yas Island’s wider leisure and entertainment offering. 

Situated among globally renowned attractions, the development will transform Yas Island’s coastal site into a vibrant area where people can live, visit, gather and explore.

Yas Point will have a lively waterfront, public spaces and year-round attractions. The walkable masterplan features park connections and waterfront pathways, creating an integrated community that encourages movement, recreation and discovery.
