Alpha Nero launches luxury residential division

Alpha Nero launches dedicated luxury residential division, expanding into the high-end private homes segment following homeowner demands.

Dubai-based luxury retail fit-out specialist Alpha Nero has launched a dedicated luxury residential division. The move follows amid appetite for retail-grade craftsmanship in residential interiors.

Wealthy homeowners are increasingly seeking the same design precision and material excellence seen in global luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, LVMH, and Tom Ford.

Already established as a leader in luxury manufacturing and retail fitouts, Alpha Nero said the new division reflects both market diversification and a response to evolving client expectations in the ultra-luxury residential sector.

Simon Hacker, CEO and Founder of Alpha Nero, commented the expansion supports the company’s long-term strategy while reinforcing operational resilience in a complex regional environment. He mentions that while demand from ultra-high-net-worth individuals remains strong, consistency and reliability in delivery have become increasingly important.

“In a market where these homes are increasingly viewed as long-term legacy assets, our role is to deliver with absolute consistency, combining design excellence with the operational certainty required to execute at the highest level.”

Alpha Nero confirms that its residential division has already secured 34 projects worth more than AED 70m ($19m), with deliveries scheduled between 2026 and 2027. Projects are situated across some of Dubai’s most exclusive communities, including Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Al Barari, and Dubai Hills Estate.

The portfolio spans private villas, penthouses, and exclusive residential developments, with Alpha Nero already working alongside developers, family offices, UHNW clients, contractors, and niche design studios. The launch aligns with continued strength in Dubai’s luxury property market.

Market data from DXBinteract reveals that developer sales reached AED 10.92bn ($2.97bn) in March, marking a 42% year-on-year increase across 900 transactions.

To manage ongoing geopolitical and supply chain challenges, Alpha Nero has also strengthened its logistics strategy by retaining full in-house control over sourcing, transport, and installation. The company commented that this approach ensures greater visibility, faster response times, and consistent quality control across projects.

The company’s operations are supported by a 120,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in the UAE, utilising localised production and reduced dependence on international supply chains. Alpha Nero expands its logistic capabilities across sea, air, and land routes to improve delivery flexibility.

Over the last decade, Alpha Nero has built a reputation in luxury retail and hospitality fitouts, working with premium materials including marble, travertine, and rare stone finishes, all handled through an in-house craftsmanship-led process.

As Alpha Nero enters the residential sector, the company comments it is applying the same design discipline and operational precision to deliver highly personalised living environments for global UHNW homeowners.
