AMIS GPD Development has officially broken ground on its sixth project in less than two years. Construction has commenced on Fleurs de Jardin, AMIS developments’ landmark branded villa community, created in collaboration with high jewellery, high watchmaking brand, Jacob & Co. in Meydan District 11.
The milestone further strengthens the company’s growing real estate portfolio, which now exceeds AED 2bn ($544.4m) in current development value in over 340 units.
