Azizi Developments provides update on Azizi Central 

Azizi Developments confirms its residential project Azizi Central in the Al Furjan community in Dubai has made steady progress.

Azizi Developments confirms its main residential project Azizi Central situated within the Al Furjan community in Dubai is nearing project delivery, with works now 98% complete.

Azizi has confirmed construction is making steady progress, with the structure, blockwork, internal plastering, tiling, HVAC, and elevator installations now completed. 

So far 320 workers have been deployed on-site to keep momentum. Azizi Central is set for on time delivery. The MEP remains at 98%, while external elements and façade are at 97%. The swimming pool has reached 98%, and overall finishes stand at 99%.
