DAMAC Properties expands ‘Buy a Home, Get a Luxury Car’ offer

DAMAC has extended its ‘Buy a Home, Get a Luxury Car’ campaign to all UAE residents, offering vehicle incentives on selected property purchases.

DAMAC Properties has widened eligibility for its ‘Buy a Home, Get a Luxury Car’ campaign, making the offer available to all UAE residents as part of a limited-time initiative.

The campaign has been positioned around the Eid period and aligns with the UAE’s Year of Family theme, extending beyond its earlier focus on Emirati buyers. The move reflects a broader acknowledgement of the role residents play in the country’s economic and community development.

The developer has framed the initiative as a continuation of its Ramadan-focused programme, now expanded to include the wider resident population. The updated offer is intended to recognise long-term residents contributing to the UAE’s growth, while encouraging homeownership.

“The UAE’s remarkable success has been built not only by its citizens, but also by the many residents who have chosen to build their lives and futures here. By extending this initiative, we want to recognise residents as true partners in the nation’s progress, while offering meaningful support for families who see the UAE as their long-term home. After all, we are all one nation and one family.”

Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties

Under the terms of the promotion, buyers of selected residential properties in the UAE before 31 March 2026 will receive a vehicle, with models linked to purchase value.

For homes priced at AED 1.5m and above, buyers will receive a Nissan Pathfinder SL 4WD. Purchases from AED 3m qualify for a Nissan Patrol SE Platinum City, while homes priced at AED 5m and above include a Nissan Patrol NISMO.

The initiative is structured to support long-term ownership decisions, while adding an additional incentive to residential investment in Dubai.

The campaign also comes against a backdrop of continued global uncertainty, where Dubai’s residential market has remained relatively resilient. DAMAC’s approach reflects ongoing efforts by developers to reinforce demand by combining lifestyle positioning with financial incentives.
