DAMAC Properties will participate in Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026 (28 to 30 September at Dubai World Trade Centre). The company is looking for UAE National talent – fresh graduates and young professionals – to join across sales, projects, finance and other business functions.
DAMAC’s UAE National workforce has more than doubled over the past three years, with Emirati women accounting for nearly 20% of its total female workforce and increasing by approximately 80% year-on-year.
“As our teams around the world continue to grow, we are creating meaningful career opportunities and giving young professionals the training, mentorship and experience they need to become the next generation of leaders.
“We are especially proud that women comprise more than half of our UAE National workforce, reflecting the exceptional contribution Emirati women make across our organisation. Through structured pathways such as NaMa and Ajyal, we are enabling UAE Nationals to contribute to DAMAC’s continued growth while building careers with purpose and passion.”
Amira Sajwani, Managing Director, DAMAC Properties
This growth is supported by a structured career path spanning onboarding, soft-skills development, on-the-job learning, mentoring, buddy support, coaching and regular feedback. NaMa was introduced in 2023 to recruit and develop UAE Nationals across the organisation, and Ajyal, which provides graduates and interns with practical experience, mentorship and exposure to diverse business functions.
Together, these programmes form part of DAMAC’s broader Emiratisation strategy, equipping UAE National professionals with the skills and experience required to progress into future leadership roles.
At Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026, visitors to the DAMAC stand will be able to explore available positions, submit their profiles digitally and engage in one-to-one discussions with the company’s HR representatives and potential hiring managers. DAMAC’s participation in Ru’ya Careers UAE 2026 reflects its continued focus on attracting, developing and empowering Emirati talent.
