Dar Global’s Trump International Hotel & Tower progresses

The developer has achieved another milestone with the contract awarded for podium construction.

Luxury real estate developer Dar Global has awarded the construction contract to Gulf Asia Contracting for the podium construction of Trump International Hotel and Tower, Dubai.

Successful completion of all enabling works is due in September 2026. Gulf Asia’s appointment marks the project’s transition into the next stage of construction and another key milestone in the delivery of one of Dubai’s most anticipated luxury developments.

The development is located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai and continues to progress on schedule as construction advances into its next phase. The appointment reinforces Dar Global’s commitment to partnering with leading regional contractors to deliver exceptional quality.

“Following the successful completion of our enabling works, we are pleased to appoint Gulf Asia Contracting to deliver the podium construction for Trump International Hotel and Tower, Dubai. This marks another important milestone as the project continues to progress according to plan and reflects our commitment to partnering with leading contractors to deliver exceptional quality throughout every stage of development.”

Ziad El Chaar, CEO, Dar Global

The Trump International Hotel and Tower will rise approximately 350 metres across 80 floors and combines hospitality and branded residences with an exclusive private members’ club.

The tower will feature Dubai’s highest outdoor swimming pool, two signature penthouses inspired by New York’s iconic Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue, and views across Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.
