Dubai has become a well-established hub for luxury and luxury yachts are no different.
The emirate has 22 marinas and over 3,600 berths for boats, including many for superyachts, megayachts and gigayachts.
Dubai Harbour, which opened in 2020 with space for 700 vessels, is in the heart of Dubai.
To accommodate these vessels, an array of modern maintenance and repair facilities has opened, creating a new industry.
Now a superyacht specialist, based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England has moved into Dubai with a new office.
Located in the Business Bay area of Dubai, the office provides easy access to the city’s marina’s, yacht clubs and waterfront developments, for investors.
The company has opened the site as Dubai experiences significant growth in the yachting market.

Gulf Superyacht Summit
The Gulf Superyacht Summit 2024 will be returning to Dubai and will take place on 4 and 5 December, the week of the Abu Dhabi Formula 1.

Staying with a coastal theme, Dubai Mangroves is set to be the world’s largest restoration project.
It will span over 72 km (around 45 miles) and is expected to sequester around 1.23 million tonnes of CO2 per year. Each tree will absorb approximately 12.3 kg (27 lb) of CO2 annually.
