Emirates Stallions appoints CEO of Royal Development Holding

The new appointment's focus will include scaling branded residences and hospitality-led platforms for Royal Development Holding.

Emirates Stallions Group has appointed Tariq Nazzal as Chief Executive Officer of its real estate Royal Development Holding.

The appointment marks a key leadership step as the group advances its strategy to operate as a fully integrated real estate developer, with direct oversight across development, delivery and strategic partnerships.

His focus will include scaling branded residences and hospitality-led platforms, deepening global partnerships, and delivering high-impact developments across priority markets.

The appointment underscores the group’s emphasis on disciplined growth, operational integration and long-term value creation across its real estate business.

“Royal Development Holding is guided by a clear purpose: to evolve spaces in ways that elevate lives and create lasting value. Building on the foundation of Royal Development Company and with the support of our parent ESG Emirates Stallions Group PJSC, we have progressed toward a more integrated development model.

“My focus moving forward is on disciplined growth, selective collaborations, and developments anchored in real demand, with an emphasis on design quality and long-term impact.”

This change is to reaffirm its recent diversion from a development management–led model to operating as a full-scope real estate developer, assuming direct responsibility across development, delivery, and strategic partnerships with globally recognised hospitality brands to launch landmark developments, such as Mallside Residence, Curio Collection by Hilton; Seamont Autograph Collection Residences; and Radisson Residences Al Reem Island.
