UK and European real estate investment company founded by real estate investment management veteran Andrew Thornton – Enterprise Land – has formed a strategic partnership with Dubai-based student accommodation specialist Capital Assured.
The partnership will help expand Enterprise Land’s expertise in the European purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sector – and it will broaden its relationships with investors in the key Middle Eastern and Asian markets.
Capital Assured has established strong investor relationships in both the Middle East and Far East through its teams in Dubai and Singapore, adding to Enterprise Land’s London and Zurich-based teams.

CEO Nicholas Turner specialises in the origination and funding of PBSA developments throughout Europe. He speaks five languages and works closely with investors and developers globally.
Based in Singapore, Director Sophie Brown trained as a Chartered Accountant with PwC before becoming a Finance Director and developing extensive experience in debt and equity raising.

Enterprise Land was launched in September by Andrew Thornton, the former Principal Real Estate Europe head, to bring together and work with companies specialising in the four factors of production, enterprise, land, labour and capital, to offer compelling, differentiated, European investment solutions.
With offices in London and Zurich, the company will initially focus on investment and development in the student accommodation, data centre and logistics sectors, which are benefitting from tailwinds and offer mid-teen development returns.
