UAE-based developer H&H, in partnership with Aman Group, has officially broken ground on its masterplanned waterfront destination Aman Dubai, marking the transition from planning into delivery for one of the most anticipated developments within Dubai Peninsula.
Situated on prominent beachfront, Aman Dubai forms an integral part of the wider Dubai Peninsula masterplan. It is a carefully curated destination which binds residential, hospitality and lifestyle components within a cohesive, design-led environment.
Aman Dubai has been designed by Kerry Hill Architects (KHA) and perceived as a quiet, immersive retreat within the city. It will comprise of a hotel (Amna Hotel, 78 branded residences and a limited collection of waterfront villas.
Situated at the tip of Dubai Peninsula, the development is within nine acres of landscaped gardens and tilted towards a private stretch of white sand beach. It offers a sense of seclusion along the coastline, whilst maintaining proximity to Downtown Dubai and the city’s key destinations.

To compliment its residential offering, several carefully curated amenities have been integrated to support with privacy and functionality. This includes a private residents’ lobby and lounge, meeting spaces, landscaped gardens, and an outdoor swimming pool as well as wellness and fitness facilities.
The waterfront villas offer a more secluded setting, with private pools, open terraces and direct engagement with the local landscape.
H&H comments that the hotel component introduces a hospitality experience, with a collection of dining venues, the Aman Spa and wellness, and the private Aman Club.
These elements are designed to work as a cohesive environment, where architecture, landscape and service are effortlessly integrated to form a calm and highly curated setting.
H&H said that construction is in its early phase with significant progress made across enabling works. Ground soil improvement works by DBB Contracting for both Aman Residences and Aman Hotel have now completed, reflecting steady progress on the site.
Swissboring has been appointed to administer enabling and piling works which are set to commence in mid Q2 2026.
