Investment platform Konvi launches in the UAE

Konvi aims to allow investors to diversify their portfolios by fractionally investing in luxury assets across the UAE.

Investment platform Konvi has launched in the UAE, enabling investors to place their funds into the Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets.

Investors can now own a portion of an asset in the UAE for a minimum of €250. The investment will benefit from rental yields and money from eventual sales of the properties.

The firm is partnering with ‘seasoned industry experts’, while it said it curates and insures the assets.

Konvi is the first pan-European investment platform that enables retail investors to diversify their portfolios by fractionally investing in luxury assets.

By collaborating with industry experts with strong track records, Konvi says it ensures that investment opportunities on its platform are carefully curated and accessible to everyone.

“The UAE’s real estate market is a goldmine of untapped potential, perfectly suited to Konvi’s groundbreaking fractional investment model.

“This expansion isn’t just about opening doors—we’re unlocking the future of wealth-building.

“Investors can now explore our first UAE properties, along with a treasure trove of other exciting luxury investment opportunities on our platform.”

In Dubai, property prices rose for 15 consecutive quarters and rose by 20% for the year up to May, while rents have climbed for 13 straight quarters.

The UAE is solidifying its status as a global hotspot for luxury real estate, which some market insiders think will offer unparalleled opportunities for returns.

Konvi’s launche in the UAE comes as the off-plan Dubai property market surged in H1 2024. Top off-plan locations transacted during the quarter included projects located in Jumeirah Village Circle (11.5%), Business Bay (6.9%) and Meydan One (6.5%).

Investor confidence is bolstered by Dubai’s regulatory framework. This ensures transparency and protects the interests of both investors and developers.

The Dubai Land Department’s tough regulations and the introduction of escrow accounts for off-plan projects are crucial in maintaining market integrity and creating a secure investment environment.
