JLL Residential have announced that Harry Martin has been promoted to Head of International Residential – MENA, relocating to the company’s Dubai office.
With a primary focus on International Development Sales and the establishment of APAC desks in Dubai, Harry will lead their sales team in this thriving market, collaborating closely with partner agents across the GCC.
Since joining in 2018, Harry quickly ascended to the role of Director, achieving remarkable growth even in challenging market conditions. Under his leadership, the City Sales office tripled its revenue.

Recently JLL MENA’s report revealed an insight into Dubai’s rental market. Throughout the year, Dubai’s residential market experienced a consistent influx of new supply. In 2023, over 36,000 units were delivered – with the majority being apartments. This increases the total stock to over 719,000 units.
