Qatar’s real estate trading volume climbs two weeks

The Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice has noted the climb in Qatar's real estate figures.

The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during 12 to 23 July in 2026 has reached QAR 748,483,214. The total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period reached QAR 56,955,573.

The Department issued a weekly bulletin which illustrated real estate properties traded for sale included – vacant land, residences, a commercial administrative building, residential buildings, commercial shops and residential units.

Sales took place in Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, and the areas of Lusail 69, The Pearl, Leqtaifiya, Al Kharaej, Ghar Thuaib, and Al Wukair.

The amount of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department between June 28 to July 2 exceeded QAR 565m.
