QUBE Developments has joined the Dubai property market, as the emirate’s real estate boom shows no signs of cooling.
They have an ambitious plan to introduce AED 2.6bn worth of new real estate projects, aiming to deliver 2.3 million sq ft of fresh development inventory by the end of 2026.
QUBE Developments has over 30 years of global experience and the Dubai investment plan will see a series of high-quality, sustainable real estate projects launched across the emirate over the next few years.
Collaborating with world-renowned architects and trusted local contractors in the market, QUBE Developments plan to create communities that not only enhance quality of life, but also serve as the foundation of growing investment opportunities.
The company has already planted seeds of what will grow as they have secured over 623,000 sq ft of land in Dubai. This gives it a lot of space to build the right real estate to hit the demand hot spots.
While specific details about individual projects are still under wraps, QUBE Developments has hinted that more announcements will be made soon.
In the first quarter of 2024, Dubai saw a record 35,310 sales transactions, marking a year-on-year increase of over 20%, according to Dubai Land Department data.
By focusing on creating high-quality, sustainable communities, QUBE Developments aims to attract both local and international investors. The company’s projects will contribute significantly to Dubai’s urban landscape.
The company looks forward to continuing its efforts in building communities and fostering a strong sense of connection among UAE residents.
“At QUBE, we are thrilled to begin our journey in the UAE, leveraging our proven track record with local talent. We are committed to the excellence of the UAE’s real estate market and look forward to contributing to its prosperity with numerous upcoming projects across Dubai and the UAE.”
