Savills has appointed Greg Stockton as International Head of UK Investment Sales and Distribution. Greg will be based in Dubai, reflecting Savills’ continued investment in the region and further strengthens collaboration between its UK residential development business and Middle East network.
He will lead the international sales and distribution of UK residential investment opportunities across the GCC. This will entail connecting UK developers with wealth managers, family offices, private banks, advisers and investors across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.

Greg has over 20 years of international experience across real estate, wealth management and financial services with expertise spanning across international sales, business growth, strategic partnerships and cross-border investment. He has lived and worked across several international markets, including the UAE, Qatar, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Singapore and South Africa.
More recently, Greg served as Global Head of Property Investment Advisory & Distribution at Global Residential. In this role he led the international growth strategy for a UK property investment business, developing distribution across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. His remit comprised strategic partnerships, developer relationships, sales leadership and investment advisory for international investors.
