Investment company Shamal has started construction at The Anchor – an exclusive dining destination at Dubai Harbour.
Designed by Woods Bagot, The Anchor is poised to become a defining feature of the seafront district.
Once complete, it will be a luxurious addition to the harbour’s prestigious mix of residential, lifestyle and hospitality offerings.
The Anchor seeks to capture the maritime essence of Dubai Harbour, blending refined luxury with the allure of the seafront.
With direct access to the open sea, visitors can arrive by boat or land. The surrounding marinas boast a yacht club with over 700 berths, catering to an array of vessels, including superyachts.
