Al Ghadeer Gardens by Aldar achieves strong sales

Al Ghadeer Gardens by the Aldar brand has achieved strong sales performances reflective of strong buyer demand in the communities.

Aldar announces the sell-out of Al Ghadeer Gardens following strong sales performance. The community of 437 townhouses and villas within the growth corridor between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, has generated over AED 1bn in sales.

The strong sales performance is reflective of robust underlying demand for modern family-oriented communities in well situated areas – coupled with support across the UAE real estate market.

The company mentions that 83% of buyers were first-time Aldar customers, underlining the development’s ability to attract a wide customer base and reaffirming continued trust in the Aldar brand.

In addition, 64% of sales were completed by expatriate residents and overseas customers, the top nationality of buyers stemmed from the UAE, India, China and Jordan.

Aldar will bring forward a second phase of Al Ghadeer Gardens – set to be released for sale soon – further building on the appeal of the wider community.

The project is expected to offer a walkable, nature-led masterplan with over 30,000 sqm of landscaped open spaces, recreational and wellness-focused amenities, and a central community hub.

Strategically positioned on the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border within one of the region’s most dynamic growth corridors, Al Ghadeer is a long-established master community with ample residents who indulge on seamless access to major employment, transport, and lifestyle destinations across both emirates.

Some of these include the Expo City Dubai, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Al Maktoum International Airport, Zayed International Airport, Yas Island and Abu Dhabi city.
