H&H’s Eden House The Park remains on track

The project is set for September 2027 completion and aims to deliver 459 residences across seven buildings.

H&H and Global Partners confirm work has progressed on nature-led residential community – Eden House, The Park. The project is situated along the Dubai Water Canal, car-free green core and hospitality services.

When complete, Eden House will deliver 459 residences across seven distinct buildings, spanning from studios and one- to four-bedroom apartments to expansive family residences and exclusive penthouses. The project is targeted for completion in September 2027.

Eden House has been curated around the principles of privacy, walkability and holistic wellbeing, and offers an architectural residential experience. With seven low-rise buildings among the landscaped setting, homes open onto greenery and shaded outdoor spaces – and feature views across the canal and Dubai skyline.

Eden House, The Park brings green space back to life, drawing on its memory across the water to create a residential environment where nature is part of everyday life. Select top-floor penthouses offer privacy and direct lift access, enabling residents to step directly into private foyers without shared corridors.

“Eden House The Park represents a meaningful evolution for the brand. As urban residents seek greater privacy, a stronger connection to nature and a sense of belonging, we wanted to create a community where those qualities are part of everyday life. By grounding the community in nature and architectural integrity, we are offering a new refined perspective on urban living in Dubai.”
