Real estate developer QUBE Development has announced the successful casting of the first segment of the foundation for its landmark and award-winning project – ELIRE Managed by LUX* – in Business Bay, Dubai. The project is scheduled for handover in Q4 2028.
Together with The Lux Collective, the award-winning global hospitality group behind the luxury flagship brand LUX*, the collaboration with QUBE Development also coincides the Middle East debut of LUX* branded residences featuring hospitality services and designed experiences.
