In a remarkable achievement, Al Habtoor Group reaches a major milestone in the construction of the much-anticipated Al Habtoor Tower at the iconic Al Habtoor City – the completion of the piling phase.
What is set to be one of the world’s largest and most innovative sustainable landmark residential building in a prime area of Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, the achievement marks a significant leap in the construction journey.
23% of the overall construction of the Al Habtoor Tower is now complete, with the building expected to reach 35 floors by the year end. The projects ambitious scale encompasses a built-up area of 3,517,313 sq ft – and over 87 floors.
The Al Habtoor Group have completed all infrastructure and foundation work, as well as a large area of the seven podiums – equivalent to 50,000 sqm of construction work. This would traditionally take at least two and a half years to complete.
Talking a TOP & DOWN construction approach, Al Habtoor Group have saved a year in construction time, enabling the execution of 350,000 sqm of the built-up area in 1,000 days.
