Real estate company Aldar Properties launched ten out of a total of 43 new housing developments for Abu Dhabi’s residential real estate sector in 2024.
The announcement comes from a report by the municipality’s official website – Dari.
Aldar’s developments are centred primarily on Saadiyat Island – one of Abu Dhabi’s most sought-after locations.
In addition to the ten residential initiatives, 12 commercial land projects were also registered last year, marking significant progress in both housing and commercial real estate sectors in Abu Dhabi.
“All the ten housing projects on Saadiyat belong to Aldar Properties. Last year also witnessed the registration of 12 other projects involving commercial land sales.”

These new developments will further expand the city’s appeal as a hub for living, working and culture.
