Azizi Developments achieves a strong sales milestones in May, cementing their strong market position.

UAE private developer Azizi Developments has topped all Dubai developers by off-plan sales volume in May 2026, registering 1,601 transactions with a total value of AED 1.46bn ($400m).

The milestone illustrates the developer’s strong market position, placing it first in terms of units sold and second by total sales value across the emirate during the month. Azizi seeked to continue its momentum in June with record strong sales activity.

Reflecting the strong appeal of its diverse real estate portfolio and its commitment to delivering long-term value for investors, the record-breaking sales month underlines sustained demand for Azizi’s developments amid Dubai’s thriving real estate market.
