UAE developer, Azizi Developments, confirms 66% of the work has been completed on its luxury development – Creek Views III – situated on the shores of the Dubai Creek within Dubai Healthcare City and maintains delivery for Q4 handover.
Azizi provided a recent project update advising structural works have been completed, with blockwork reaching 100% and internal plastering at 98%. MEP works have progressed hitting 79% completion, whereas HVAC installations have reached 83%.
Façade works are at 75% completion, elevator installations remain at 90%, and tiling works are at 55% completion. Overall finishes across the project have reached 60%. A total of 780 personnel has been deployed on-site, supporting steady and efficient construction delivery and progress.

Creek Views III is the latest addition to Azizi Creek Views in Dubai Healthcare City. Strategically positioned in the most central part of the city, the development includes a total of 290 units in a variety of studios and one- to three-bedroom apartments, along with other lifestyle-centred amenities.
Some of these include two rejuvenating pools, a sauna, steam room, fully equipped gym and dedicated areas for BBQ, yoga and children’s play.
Dubai Healthcare City is a landscaped area known for being Dubai’s hub for health and wellness. It offers direct access to Al Khail Road and is home to various high-tech medical centres, with lifestyle and shopping options.
