Developer SOL Properties have real estate assets in Dubai with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of AED12bn, which will hit the market over the next six months.
This achievement has helped SOL Properties position itself to develop both ultra-luxury and affordable luxury projects.
The new developments include a project in the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, alongside the iconic Fairmont Residences Solara Tower in Downtown Dubai. These two developments are already valued at a figure of AED8.2bn.
The Fairmont Residences development will include meticulously designed spaces, offering a blend of elegance and timeless opulence.
With a wide array of spacious layouts and cutting-edge amenities, these residences represent the pinnacle of a new-age lifestyle, with expansive terraces offering breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain.
The company has also recently completed and handed over Oakley Square Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle.
The development schemes are expected to contribute to Dubai’s overall economic growth.

It comes as Emaar is to build a Dubai tower tall enough to rival the world-famous Burj Khalifa. Possible locations include the Dubai Creek project, which already has plans for a mega tower in the works, or even nearby the Burj Khalifa.
