Dubai South Properties has given an update on the progress of the building phase of The Pulse Beachfront. The development is a luxury community located in Dubai South’s residential district.
Now the developer has announced that 90% of Phase 1 has been completed. This part of the project will deliver 251 units and will be fully completed by the end of the year.
The Pulse Beachfront will eventually feature 788 residential units in a mix of three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses.
All villas come with master bedrooms, a maid’s room, private gardens, private parking spaces, spacious living rooms, study rooms and rooftops.
Some of its amenities include a squash tennis court, fitness club, gym, climbing walls, private lounge, yoga garden, aerobics studios, a dedicated kid’s club and water park in addition to skate parks, jogging tracks, and several F&B retail outlets.
When the project was launched, there was an overwhelming response from investors who snapped up all 788 units off-plan.

In May, Dubai South Properties awarded an AED 1.5bn contract to Al Kharafi Construction for its South Bay project.
Slated for a Q1 2027 completion, the fourth phase will incorporate 138 units comprising three, four, and five-bedroom villas. There will also be a limited number of five-to seven-bedroom mansions.
Located in the heart of Dubai South’s Residential District alongside Expo Road, South Bay will feature over 800 spacious villas and townhouses, and over 200 luxurious waterfront mansions.
