Humberts, one of the UK’s oldest estate agency brands founded in 1842, has announced its first international expansion – opting to open a franchise in Dubai.
The business was bought out of administration by a group of its franchisees in January 2020, showing a huge turnaround for the company.
Now, Humberts Group Limited decided that is the right time to expand into the Middle Eastern market, after reaching a franchise agreement.
The new Humberts franchise in Dubai will be operated under the name Humberts Real Estate LLC and will be led by Waqar Hasan. Waqar is a seasoned real estate professional, author and real estate trainer.

Services will include buying, selling and letting residential and commercial properties, property management and advisory consultancy in order to support clients with reserve fund studies, capital expense planning and verifications, buildings condition audits and bespoke requirements.
Hasan is also the vice chair of the Dubai Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Group, a non-profit organisation set up by Dubai Chambers and Dubai Land Department for industry representation.

The news comes as D&B Properties onboards over 20 Emirati agents. This initiative, aimed at supporting the Dubai Real Estate Brokers Program, marks a significant milestone in fostering local talent and enhancing the real estate landscape in Dubai.
