The IPS 2026 exhibition at Dubai Trade centre in partnership with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), will host over 30,000 attendees and 300 exhibitors, offering vital insights and access to significant real estate investment opportunities.
The event features global institutional investors, capital allocator and policymakers, running from 7 to 9 September 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre for direct engagement with the sector’s development portfolios.
Leading the 2026 exhibition will be Azizi Properties, Binghatti, Danube, Fakhruddin Properties, SanZen, and Union Properties. It will feature real estate operators showing landmark residential, mixed use and commercial developments.
The exhibition comprises over 300 exhibitors representing the real estate value chain, from developers to institutional investors, brokers, architects and innovation operators.
The platform gives institutional investors and capital allocators access to active development portfolios, project pipelines and investment chances across residential, hospitality, smart city infrastructure and commercial real estate. Projected attendance for the exhibition exceeds 30,000 global participants across developer, investor and policymaker constituencies.
The 2026 exhibition has been structured around five pillars – Real Estate, Future Cities, Startups & PropTech, Design, and Services. Investors can engage with comprehensive development ecosystems. PropTech innovation zones feature emerging technologies transforming property transactions and asset management.
The 2025 edition welcomed 30,719 visitors from 153 countries and achieved over USD 500m in transactions and deals. The IPS 2026 continues as a platform for connecting global institutional capital with the sector’s pivotal investment opportunities. A key differentiator for the 2026 exhibition is its co–location with investment platform AIM Congress.
This connects real estate decision makers with wider institutional investment, technology, and cross–border capital networks that define contemporary investment cycles, extending IPS beyond property transactions to include the broader economic forces and policy environment shaping global investment strategy.
For institutional investors, capital allocators, policymakers, and innovators looking for engagement with Dubai’s major development operators and their active portfolios, IPS 2026 represents an annual marketplace – where the sector’s leadership consults, investment opportunities are featured, and strategic partnerships are made.
