Samana Developers have launch the Ivy Gardens 2 in Dubailand. The project, valued at AED 855m, has been designed to increase levels of sustainability in the Emirate.

The Ivy Gardens 2 is scheduled for completion in November 2027, and will comprise 35 floors, featuring a total of 843 residential units.

Each apartment will harness large open windows, sustainable building materials and smart-home systems to ensure environmental protection. It also comes with a private swimming pool and advanced purification, which will enhance the air quality.

One floor at Ivy Gardens 2 will be dedicated as a Sky Garden. This will offer a spa, kids’ play area, yoga space, gym, and dining options. The ground floor will offer various retail units, giving residents convenient access to shopping and services.

Samana Developers has integrated all of Dubai Municipality’s regulations for green buildings into Ivy Gardens 2.

The development ensures easy access to Dubai’s major business centres and commercial hubs, making it an ideal choice for professionals and families alike. The community offers a perfect balance of urban convenience and serene surroundings, enhancing the quality of life for its residents.

Buyers snd investors can expect to pay from AED 659,000 and upwards for a property at Ivy Gardens 2. There is also an offer of a flexible 8.5-year payment plan to help purchasers to balance their budgets.

“We are witnessing a growing trend of environmental and economic sustainability. We make sure that these two aspects are maintained in design and construction with an individual focus on each element of nature to maintain a healthy environment.”

Imran Farooq, Chief Executive Officer of Samana Developers
