Dubai Peninsula achieves early milestones in construction progress

H&H’s Dubai Peninsula in Jumeirah’s exclusive waterfront have appointed lead contractors with construction activity already underway.

The Dubai Peninsula is situated near the beach, marina, and promenades positioned comfortably on the coastline at the edge of Dubai Canal creating a social dynamic. Hosting exceptional residences, hospitality, high-end retail, and leisure experiences. The Dubai Peninsula is centred around its central park, adjoining residences, boutique retail, restaurants, and public spaces.

Further notable elements of the area include a series of cultural pavilions, a prayer area, an elegant beach club, and Michelin-star dining, crafting a multilayered costal experience.

At the heart of the destination lies a 1m sq ft central park supported by a layered infrastructure corridor, which integrates car park, service roads, and loading areas. Nearly 2km loop weaves through the Dubai Peninsula, linking key components of the development and forming a fully connected integrated ecosystem.

“Construction is progressing according to plan, with foundational and preparatory work well underway, as we move firmly into the delivery phase, our focus remains on executing the masterplan with the level of quality and detail that defines H&H.”

Miltos Bosinis, CEO, H&H

DBB Contracting LLC have been instructed as the predominant contractor for the infrastructure works, with civil works and installations currently in progress. Overall, the infrastructure delivery across the masterplan has reached 20%.

On completion of the construction the Dubai Peninsula will have a unique waterfront lifestyle with 1km of a private sunrise-facing beach on one side and a sunset marina on the other.

Dubai Peninsula is more than a development — it’s a carefully envisioned destination. Every element from the architecture to the experiences we will offer is strategically designed to refine waterfront living in Dubai, setting a new benchmark for quality and design.”

Shahab Lutfi, Chairman, H&H

Additional plans for the area include having a super yacht berthing, a floating marina bar, and a variety of lifestyle experiences, including hospitality destinations directed by five world-class brands, landscaped parkland, and a cultural programming in its pavilions.
