Residents will benefit from views of the Zayed National Museum and the Arabian Gulf, with a scenic walkway weaving through Mamsha Gardens to connect residents to Saadiyat Island’s abundant cultural and leisure attractions.

The development offers a range of property options, from one-bedroom apartments to spacious three-bedroom townhouses. Aldar will officially open sales on 9 November 2024.

Aldar Investment houses a core asset management business comprising a portfolio of more than AED 37bn worth of investment grade and income-generating real estate assets diversified across retail, residential, commercial, logistics and hospitality segments.
