Arrow Global has announced the opening of its new office in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), further strengthening its long-term commitment to one of the world’s most influential financial regions.
Located in Dubai, the new office marks a significant milestone in Arrow’s global expansion and underscores the strategic importance of the Middle East as one of the firm’s largest and fastest-growing funding markets.
The presence enhances Arrow’s ability to serve institutional investors across the Gulf, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, and family offices, by providing direct access to differentiated private credit and real estate opportunities across Europe.
“The Middle East is central to Arrow Global’s international growth strategy. It is home to some of the most sophisticated and forward-looking investors globally, who recognise the value of private credit and real estate in portfolio construction. Establishing a permanent presence in the UAE reflects both the scale of our ambition and the depth of our relationships across the region. As Europe’s private markets continue to evolve, our track record, origination capabilities and integrated platform position us to deliver stable, risk-adjusted returns that align with the long-term objectives of Middle Eastern investors.”
Zach Lewy, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, Arrow Global
The new office will be led by Hani Kabbabe, Managing Director and Head of Middle East. He is responsible for developing Arrow’s business and partnerships across the region.
Hani brings more than 18 years of institutional experience in financial markets, having previously led Russell Investments’ business in the Middle East, where he advised a range of clients including sovereign wealth funds and insurance companies on outsourced CIO, asset management and implementation solutions.
Prior to that, he held roles at Metzler Asset Management in Frankfurt and Commerzbank AG and began his career as a proprietary trader in North America.
“The Middle East is a strategically important and rapidly developing market for our capital formation strategy. We already partner with several of the region’s leading sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors and remain committed to deepening those relationships while building new partnerships that align with our expertise in private credit and real estate. The strength of Arrow’s European investment platform, combined with the scale and sophistication of the region’s capital base, provides a powerful foundation for long-term value creation and mutual growth.”
